Description
I propose you go for a 3-day snowshoe trekking in the heart of the Jura mountains, for a complete immersion in nature in the heart of winter. Thanks to the walks in conscience, in autonomy and the nights that you will spend in an unguarded mountain hut, you will listen and encounter nature.
Silent walks and other practices are inspired by the "Ecole de la Marche" ("Scholl of walking") and other approaches that promote the link between ourselves and the Living: nature, energy, the Force as Master Yoda would say! They will help you reload your batteries and find answers, strength and health. To help you make the most of this "Into the Wild" stay, the program will not be defined in advance. So you will discover the different activities at a given moment, and your senses will be fully alerted. I'll give you a few tips on how to get back in touch with nature once you've returned home.
In short, this is a snowshoe hiking in the Jura mountains unlike any other that we will experience together. For sure it will delight those who seek a different way of life.
I offer summer versions of these stays, with 4 days of hiking, nature and connection to life in Bréhat island and a walking stay connected to nature in the Bauges.
Program
Here is a short overview of this "Into the Wild" nature immersion activity in the Jura mountains, which is more than just a snowshoe hiking:
D1: Opening of the group circle and first snowshoe hike.
- We meet together at 8.30am on the parking lot of the "Granges Raguin" between the cities of Mouthe and Pontarlier.
- Beginning of the internship and opening of the group circle.
- Night in a yurt at the Petite Echelle chalet.
D2: "Intensive" day.
Overnight at the Mont d'Or refuge (of Alpine Swiss Club), Switzerland.
D3: Last snowshoeing day.
Return to our departure point, enriched by this beautiful experience.

- Supervision by the specialized mountain guide.
