from 1890 € / p. from 4 to 15 personsInfos & Booking
Walking towards you, carried by the song of silence, the conscious walk and the awakened breath, in the Algerian Tadrart, the most beautiful region of the Sahara.
South-east of Tassili N'Ajjer, and parallel to it, the Tadrart offers one of the most fantastic landscapes of the Sahara. Each site entails astonishment, sharpens the senses, questions the conscience ... Some will say that its beauty is the encounter between the yellow to orange dunes of erg Tin Merzouga and the plateau of the Tadrart. A sumptuous landscape composed of hundreds of rocky islands, dunes with big belly, inflated by the tireless work of the windy days, mysterious canyons where the sounds give the voice, pitons, arches, or sandstone castles which have been associated as if by magic for the pleasure of the eyes and the opening of the heart.
Come live the conscious and Afghan walk within the region that many Saharans consider as one of the most beautiful of the Sahara. The bare beauty of the sites met borders on the sublime! Invitation for a few days of Kairos, that is to say favorable to awaken you to yourself. This journey is for anyone determined to go on their way to themselves, to connect with the powerful and magical breath of the desert, to eat at the "Song of Silence" and reconnect with his deep Nature! A wonderful invitation to the culture of self-presence!
Hiking guide and sophrologist, I organize this trip in collaboration with our Tuareg team. I developed the walk as an Art of walking, a walk of full presence and a path of self-knowledge to make it a real art of living lived in everyday life. I spread the teaching for more than 35 years. Result of a patient journey punctuated by "essential" meetings, nourished on the paths of the World, this Art of walking has given life to the book "Je marche donc je suis" ... a harvest-celebration of walking and its multiple virtues renewing the subtle link body-soul-spirit.
