Description
This introductory and advanced Nordic Walking program takes place in La Norma resort, in the Maurienne Valley, in the form of two-hour sessions.
For initiation, this includes the presentation of the activity and material.
The following topics will be discussed: muscle and joint warmings specific to hiking, technical refinements, stretching.
Program
The activity is organized from 1 participant and up to 8, and a maximum of 10 in the case of a group formed.
The price includes
- Equipment: hiking poles and headlamp
- Supervision by the hiking guide
The price does not include
- Transports to the place of activity
