D1: Arrival at Avignon TGV train station at the beginning of the afternoon (1:30pm). Direction the ancient city of Arles, where you will reach your hotel directly in order to deposit your luggage. Then you will discover the city center, with these 2500 years of history contemplate you. Arles has preserved its heritage, all periods of history are there, making it an open-air museum.

Walk: 2 to 3 hours

D2: We go for the Regional Natural Park of Camargue, and Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer. Discovery of its swanps, its local fauna and of course the Mediterranean Sea. A perfect day to enjoy good maritime fresh air, admire the flight of flamingos, feel the sand under his feet, and why not have a swim in the afternoon.

D3: Early departure for another Regional Natural Park in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence: the Alpilles. First hike around the ancient site of Glanum, a sanctuary city at the crossroads of two routes connecting Italy to Spain. Then, after the picnic and a short transfer, you will go to Lubéron in the surprising gorge of Régalon. You will go up this little canyon with its crooked laurels and other endemic species. At the end of the afternoon, before joining the accommodation, quick visit of the picturesque village of Lourmarin.

Walk: 6h / 14km / 400m os ascending elevation

D4: Lubéron, a rich history marked by men. First, a human presence attested for the first time 130,000 years ago. A strategic passage for the Romans (120 BC): this is the Domitian Way. Then a Swiss community rather heretical will settle there. You will start your hike from the hostel, and join the fort of Buoux before reaching the Pelat de Buoux which rises to 902m. A small summit that will not let you indifferent since you will see the whole region. Back at the end of the afternoon at the hostel.

Walk: 5h to 6h / 12km / 500e+

D5: Let's go for the massif of Sainte Victoire! One hour transfer to reach the start of the trail. A rocky massif, more technical, height but very beautiful sensations. Ascension to the Priory and the Croix de Provence. At the top, you dominate Provence, and it is with a magnificent panorama that you can contemplate it.

D6: Last day in Provence, and for that I booked you the most spectacular of the region: the Calanques of Marseille *. Discover the magnificent cliffs of Sormiou, Morgiou and Sugiton, the cool breeze of mistral that caresses your face, and blue colors breathtaking skies. End of the stay at Saint Charles SNCF train station in Marseille around 5.30pm.
Walk: 6h / 13km / 600e+
