Description

I offer you the chance to discover climbing for adults and children in one of Grenoble's climbing gyms!

Do you dream of climbing? We will see together the basic techniques of belaying while having fun climbing. You will gain confidence in being supervised by a professional. You will benefit from my advice to progress smoothly and perhaps to prepare you for a cliff outing.

Block or one pitch route, make your choice, everything is possible!

I also offer initiation outdoor climbing courses in the Vercors, as well as initiation climbing courses for children up to 5 years old in Grenoble.

If you want to go further and progress, why not take a 4-day course in Isère to overcome your fear of falling, or a technical course in the Vercors to learn rope handling techniques specific to climbing.

Program

Adult program:

Learning of basic techniques.
Analysis of your strengths and weaknesses for a possible program over several sessions.
Pleasure and security guaranteed.
Duration of the session: about 3 hours.

Child program:

Discovery of the activity by the game.
Learning belaying and rope handling techniques.
Exercises of progression in the form of play games with before all pleasure and sensation in the program!
Duration of the session: 3 hours.

The price includes

Supervision by the climbing instructor.
Loan of equipment (except shoes, possible rental at he gym).

Transport to the gym.
