The Mont Blanc tour! A unique, exceptional journey through 3 countries, to discover 3 cultures, 10,000m of elevation gain, 170km, passes over 2500m altitude, and an incredible diversity of landscapes. One of the most beautiful routes in the world!
During 7 days, you will do the clockwise tour of Mont Blanc, starting from the Tour village to finish in the Contamines-Montjoie.
Accompanying for some years, I know very well this tour of Mont Blanc as I do it regularly and I am always amazed at the greatness and beauty of this nature. During this TMB I offer yoga sessions in the evening for a daily well being because I am also a qualified yoga teacher. I am at your disposal for information: ask me the datasheet!
D1: From the Tour village, climb by the balcony of Posettes and Col de Balme. Panorama of Mont Blanc and the glaciers of Tour and Argentière. Descent in the Swiss alpine pastures to the village of Trient. Night in a lodge.
D2: Bovine pastures cross through a balcony path above the Rhone valley or "High Mountain" variant by the mythical passage of the Arpette window (2665m). Descent on Champeix. Night in hostel in Champeix.
D3: After a bus transfer from Champeix to La Fouly, you will begin the climb through the pastures of the Peule to the Ferret Pass (2540m). After crossing of the border, descent into the Italian Val Ferret under the foothills of the back of Mont Blanc. Amazing view of the Grandes Jorasses. Overnight at Bonatti refuge.
D4: You follow the balcony path of Mont de la Saxe facing Mont Blanc or climb to the Sapin Pass. Descent to La Palud then Courmayeur crossing and night in a hotel in the small traditional hamlet of Dolonne.
D5: From Dolonne, climb on Checrouit and cross of the Val Veny balcony to Elisabetta refuge (2185m).
D6: From Elisabetta, climb to the Seigne Pass (2515m) and descent to the Ville des Glaciers to sleep in the hamlet of Chappieux. You will enjoy a stop at the farm where Beaufort cheese is made.
D7: Alpine climb to the refuge of the Croix du Bonhomme (2443m) then descent to the Bonhomme Pass to leave the Beaufortain Massif and enter the Arly valley, to Notre Dame de la Gorge, end of the stay.
