• Meet near Coiserette, a few minutes' drive south of Saint-Claude.
• Welcome and preparation (20 minutes).
• Introduction to the canyon, safety instructions and aquatic progression.
• Distribution and fitting of equipment (wetsuit, helmet, harness, neoprene booties if necessary).
• Short approach walk to the canyon entrance (5 minutes).
• Canyon descent (1.5 to 2 hours depending on skill level and conditions).
• Short walk back to the parking lot (20 minutes).
• Activity debriefing and sharing of impressions.
