Join me for the Pissevieille vertical hike, an adventure that will allow you to discover spectacular landscapes in the heart of the Ardèche department. This guided canyoning trip promises a half-day packed with excitement!
The Pissevieille canyon is known as the jewel of the Ardèche gorges! Just a few kilometers from the village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, this route involves navigating the dry riverbed, overcoming natural obstacles using various techniques such as walking, climbing, zip-lining, and rappelling. And after trying your hand on some lower sections, you will experience a thrilling 80-meter rappel!
All along the itineray, I will also give you advice on how to improve your various techniques and make the most of this exceptional canyoning adventure.
The outing is open to anyone in good physical condition (no previous experience is required) and with no medical contraindications to canyoning. You must be at least 14 years old, be able to swim, not be afraid by height and weigh less than 110 kg.

The schedule is subject to change at the last minute, depending on weather conditions, water levels, number of people registered, etc.

Program
- Meet in the early morning or afternoon on the parking lot of Le resto du village in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
Allow 30 minutes' drive from Aubenas and one hour from Alès. - Approach walk of 40 minutes.
- Approximately 3 hours of activity in the canyon.
- 20-minute return walk to the parking lot.
- In total, about 4 hours and a half of activity.
The price includes
- Supervision by the canyoning instructor.
- All the equipment you need for the activity: neoprene wetsuit and socks, helmet, harness, belay device, backpack, waterproof can, canyoning shoes (sizes from 33 to 48).
- A photo report of your outing.
The price does not include
- Return transport to the canyon parking lot near Vallon-Pont-d'Arc.
- Swimming costume and towel.
- At least 2 liters of water for 2 people (plastic bottle).
- Snacks (cereal bar).
- A lanyard if you wear glasses.
- An elastic band to tie up long hair.
- A change of clothes after the activity.
- Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
