Description
Follow me on the canyoning descent of the Rolling-Stone, our best-seller which will give you a breathtaking experience in the heart of the Cévennes. Located in the majestic Chassezac gorges, this course is renowned for its deep pools with crystal clear waters and its spectacular landscapes.
After a short approach walk, the Rolling-Stone canyon begins with alternating swimming and jumping (never mandatory) into swimming pools with clear water. This is followed by slides in natural toboggans and rope waterfall passages. In summary, everything you need to guarantee an experience rich in emotions and constitutes an ideal introduction to adventure canyoning.
All along this route, I will give you advice on how to improve your various techniques and make the most of this exceptional canyoning adventure.
The outing is open to anyone in good physical condition (no previous experience is required) and with no medical contraindications to canyoning. You must be at least 10 years old, be able to swim and weigh less than 120 kg.

The schedule is subject to change at the last minute, depending on weather conditions, water levels, number of people registered, etc.

Program
- Meet around 9am at the Chassezac lookout (48800 Prévenchères).
- Allow 45 minutes' drive from Les Vans, 1 hour and 15 minutes from Ruoms or Alès, one and a half hour from Vallon-Pont-d'Arc or Aubenas, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Larnas and 2 hours from Bagnols-sur-Cèze.
- Approach walk of 20 minutes.
- Approximately 3 hours of activity in the canyon.
- 30-minute return walk to the parking lot.
- In total, about 4 hours of activity.
The price includes
- Supervision by the canyoning instructor.
- All the equipment you need for the activity: neoprene wetsuit and socks, helmet, harness, belay device, backpack, waterproof can, canyoning shoes (sizes from 33 to 48).
- A photo report of your outing.
- Adult price: 60€.
Price for children aged 10 to 12: 55€.
The price does not include
- Return transport to the canyon parking lot near Prévenchères.
- Swimming costume and towel.
- At least 1 liter of water for 2 people (plastic bottle).
- Snacks (cereal bar).
- A lanyard if you wear glasses.
- An elastic band to tie up long hair.
- A change of clothes after the activity.
- Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
