Do you dream of trying multi-pitch climbing or gaining more independence?
The Southern Alps and the Vercors massif offer an exceptional playground, with magnificent walls suitable for all levels. We will head out together to learn or review essential multi-pitch techniques: belaying, rappelling, rope management and organization, route reading, communication, linking pitches, and more.

Do you already have a specific project in mind (a route, a massif, a face) and are you climbing solo or as a pair? I can guide you for one or more days to help you achieve your goal, progress safely, and build confidence in a friendly atmosphere tailored to your level.

Some climbing locations:

• Ailefroide: In the heart of the Écrins massif, you will find a multitude of multi-pitch routes of all levels, easily accessible. The granite is excellent, and you will climb some beautiful slabs and cracks.
• Les Gillardes: This cliff in the Dévoluy massif (Hautes-Alpes) offers beautiful routes on fine limestone, vertical and often demanding, with a wonderful atmosphere.
• Pic de Bure: A mountain atmosphere pervades this high peak in the Dévoluy, reaching an altitude of 2,709 meters. Its Desmaison route, established on the east pillar, is a benchmark, with its 600 meters of height and around twenty pitches.
• Tenailles de Montbrison: Located not far from Ailefroide, the Tenailles offer numerous magnificent routes in a wild environment.
• Les Cerces: North of Briançon, this massif boasts many peaks on which beautiful multi-pitch routes of all levels have been climbed. The approaches are rewarded with beautiful panoramic views of the Écrins massif.
• Archiane, Glandasse and Les Trois Becs: These beautiful cliffs are all located in the Diois region, south of the Vercors massif. There is something here to satisfy every climber, with routes both modern and classic.
• Presles: this legendary cliff in the southern Vercors is world-renowned for its multi-pitch climbing routes. The atmosphere is exceptional, and the routes are numerous and vertical, on excellent limestone rock.

Program

• The multi-pitch climbing outings or courses are entirely designed according to your objectives, your level and your desires, the season and the current conditions.
• Learning and/or perfecting the essential techniques of multi-pitch climbing: belaying the second, setting up anchors, communicating on the wall, managing a rescue, etc.
• Personalized support and tailor-made advice, from preparation to the end of the multi-pitch route.
• Contact me to design a suitable program together.

The price includes

• Supervision by the climbing instructor.
• Preparing for the internship.
• The collective equipment necessary for the practice of the activity (ropes, quickdraws, carabiners, belay device, etc.).
• The price varies depending on the route chosen and the number of people (from 250€ to 450€ per day).

The price does not include

• Return transport to the meeting place.
• Individual climbing equipment, namely: helmet, climbing shoes, harness, etc.
• Transfers to practice locations.
• Civil liability and individual accident insurance for the practice of climbing and associated disciplines (if you are not already covered for these activities by your insurance, you can take out additional insurance with the FFME, FFCAM, etc.).
• Accommodation.
• Catering (morning, noon, evening).
• Drinks.
• Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
