I invite you to experience a sporty, off-the-beaten-path trail run through the Cirque de Salazie.

This day of trail running immerses you in the Cirque de Salazie, allowing you to discover a unique territory, a land of lush nature, rich heritage, and spectacular panoramas. Here, every trail tells a story, every climb is an adventure, and every descent is a reward.

I adapt the route to your level and preferences: a leisurely introductory run, a sporty tour, or a true trail running challenge. Whether you are a curious beginner or a seasoned trail runner, I will design a tailor-made route just for you.

More than just an outing, you will experience a true adventure.

Between exertion, discovery, and escape, this trail run in the Cirque de Salazie is an invitation to experience the cirque in a new way, to reconnect with nature and the history of this exceptional region.

If you have more time, I also offer trail running weekends in Reunion Island throughout the year:

• a trail running weekend focused on elevation gain in Grand Ilet in the Cirque de Salazie and
• a 2-day "Grand Raid" trail run around the village of Hell-Bourg.

Program

• Immerse yourself in the heart of the iconic sites of the Cirque de Salazie.
• As the kilometers unfold, you will explore must-see locations steeped in history, such as the Mare à Poule d’Eau (Water Hen Pond), the Bélouve Forest, the Piton d’Anchaing, the Piton Maillot, the Mare à Martin (Martin Pond), the ancient magma chamber, and more.
• All this while following "lontan" trails, the ancient paths that connect the hamlets and preserve the spirit of the region.
• The experience can be tailored to your fitness level, preferences, and more.
• Want to go further?
  This immersive trail run in the Cirque de Salazie is also offered as a 2-day trek, a complete circuit of the cirque, with an overnight stay (reservations required). An opportunity to fully experience the area, take your time, and feel the full intensity of Salazie.

The price includes

• Supervision by the mountain leader who is also an experienced trail runner.
• Price: 220€ for the group of up to 4 people, then 30€ per additional person.

The price does not include

• Round-trip transportation to the Cirque de Salazie, approximately one hour's drive from Saint-Denis.
• Accommodation and meals if booked over two days.
• Drinks.
• Snacks during the outing.
• Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
