Description
Between the Diois region and the Vercors massif, this friendly week promises beautiful hikes combined with yoga and meditation practice. Taking care of yourself, having time for yourself, being outside to the rhythm of the elements, being in touch with yourself and the group, these are the objectives of this yoga and hiking course.
Every morning, you prepare your body for walking with Fanette. The yoga sessions are gentle, with a focus on warm-up and meditation. As for me, I will take you out to discover the area with joy and enthusiasm. I will introduce you to mindful walking and tell you all about the region. Off the beaten track, you will hike in the Upper Diois, with amazing views of the Vercors massif and its high mountains... After a break, you will meet up with Fanette in the yoga room for a session before dinner.
This workshop is open to everybody.

The price includes
- Supervision of the hikes by the mountain leader.

- Return transport to the village of Luc-en-Diois, one and a half hour drive from Grenoble or Valence.
- Carpooling to access certain hikes.
- Additional drinks.
- Personal expenses.

Accommodation
- Country cottage of "La Grange aux Loupiots".
- This group lodging was fitted out in an old barn, located at the edge of the small hamlet of Montlahuc, very well sunny, at 1000 meters of altitude, on the commune of Bellegarde, village of the High Diois.
- The lodging, with a capacity of 20 places, is spacious and ideal for a stay in family, between friends but also for seminars or training courses with the possibility of renting a room of 85 m².
- At the Grange aux Loupiots, you will find a warm welcome, the calm and the space necessary for a quality stay.
- You will enjoy good food and you will discover some specialities of the Drôme.
