Explore the sometimes little-known paths of the Dent de Crolles and experience your first forays underground: that's the programme for this caves' tour.

Over 2 days, and without ever leaving the mountain, an original itinerary will reveal 8 of the 11 main entrances to the Dent and allow us to visit 4 of them!

An underground bivouac will make the link between those two days of discovery.

I also offer other technical routes in the Dent de Crolles: the caving traverse from trou du Glaz to Guiers Mort, the traverse from P40 to Glaz, the Glaz-Annette cave traverse and the Collecteur.

Program

Day 1:

Meet in the village of Perquelin, in the heart of the Chartreuse massif.
One-hour approach walk.
Guiers Mort cave (*).
Trou du Glaz (*).
Annette cave (*).
Bivouac.
Distance: 9.3 km.
Elevation gain: 1300 meters.
Elevation loss: 650 meters.

Day 2:

Chevalier cave (*).
Thérèse cave.
Gouffre Pulpite.
Gouffre P40.
Gouffre Bob Vouay.
Distance: 11.7 km.
Elevation gain: 1250 meters.
Elevation loss: 1950 meters.

The price includes

Supervision by the caving instructor.
Caving equipment (suit, backpack, helmet, lighting, harness, belay device, etc.).

The price does not include

Return transport to the village of Perquelin, about 45 minutes drive from Grenoble and one hour from Chambéry.
Personal belongings and hiking equipment.
Bivouac equipment.
Food and drinks.
Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
