Description
I propose you to come and discover the Rabou canyon, located between Gap and Veynes in the Dévoluy massif.
This is THE fun canyon in the Hautes-Alpes department! On the menu: slides in natural toboggans and jumps up to 8 meters (never mandatory) and, to finish, abseiling down a superb waterfall.
The scenery is dazzling, the water transparent. The jumps and slides can be done and repeated at will. You are on your way to a perfect natural aqualand!
The activity takes around 3 hours, and can be enjoyed by people who have never done canyoning before. You must be at least 8 years old and be able to swim. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any medical problems.

Program
- Choice of morning or early afternoon departure, for approximately 3 hours of activity.
The canyoning descent is allowed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays only (municipal by-law). - Meeting point: Rabou canyon parking lot, about 15 minutes drive from Gap and 20 minutes from Veynes.
- 10-minute approach walk.
- One and a half to 2 hours canyon descent.
- 15-minute return walk to the parking lot (uphill).
The price includes
- Supervision by the canyoning instructor.
- Technical equipment necessary for the practice of canyoning: 5mm neoprene wetsuit, neoprene socks, harness with double lanyards, descender, helmet. But also suitable backpacks with watertight containers to carry your clothes and water bottles.
The price does not include
- Return transport to the parking lot of Rabou canyon.
- Swimming suit + towel.
- Sneakers or mountain boots (shoes in good condition that fit well).
- Snacks.
- At least 1 liter of water (plastic bottle) for 2 people.
- A lanyard if you wear glasses.
- An elastic band to tie back long hair.
- Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
