Description
I propose you to come and discover climbing in complete safety around Grenoble in Isère: this introductory session will allow you to discover or rediscover verticality, and to enjoy a good time with friends or family.
Climbing is a fun, friendly and open to all, from 4 to 99 years old!
Climbing is an activity that works all the muscles of the body, including the head :-) You can practice it to exert yourself physically, but also to clear your head and concentrate on something else after a day of work, or finally, to spend a relaxing moment with friends!
This half-day introductory climbing session can take place on one of the many cliffs surrounding Grenoble:
- the Col du Coq in Chartreuse,
- Saint-Égrève, "le petit désert" or "le désert de l'écureuil" in the immediate vicinity of the city,
- Lans-en-Vercors,
- and many others!
If you have more time, I also propose to discover climbing for a day as well as an initiation and autonomy course of two days, always around Grenoble.
Program
I propose you to come and discover climbing on one of the beautiful cliffs surrounding Grenoble, in the Vercors, Chartreuse or Belledonne massifs, not far from the city.
The choice will be made according to your desires, but also according to the conditions and the weather.
The half-day session can take place either in the morning or in the afternoon.
It can also be done in the climbing gym according to your wishes and possibilities.
The price includes
- Supervision by the climbing instructor.
- Loan of equipment (harness, helmet, ropes, etc.).
