This 21-day trek combines the discovery of the remote and lost valleys of Nar and Phu, the magnificent glacial lake of Tilicho, and the crossing of the Thorong pass (5416m), offering an unforgettable trekking experience.

The Nar Phu valley, nestled in the Annapurna region, behind the Chulu range, is renowned for its unspoiled culture and breathtaking scenery. You'll discover traditional Tibetan villages, ancient monasteries, and panoramic views of snow-capped peaks.

These valleys join the classic Annapurna circuit via the Kang La (5320m). You then head to Tilicho lake and the Thorong pass (5416m), one of the highest in the world, to finish the trek in Jomsom.

This 21-day trek offers total immersion in Nepal's unspoiled wilderness, as well as an encounter with the region's rich culture. You'll have the chance to see some incredible mountain ranges. It's a complete adventure that combines physical challenges, natural beauty, and cultural exploration.

D4: Hike to Dharapani (1860m).
5 hours of walking.

D5: Hike to Koto (2600m).
5 to 6 hours of walking.

D6: Hike to Meta (3560m).
7 hours of walking.

D7: Hike to Phu (4080m).
6 to 7 hours of walking.

D8: Acclimatization and exploration day.

D9: Hike to Nar (4200m).
7 hours of walking.

D10: Hike to Ngawal (3660m) via Kang La pass (5320m).
9 to 10 hours of walking.

D11: Hike to Manang (3540m).
3 to 4 hours of walking.

D12: Rest day.

D13: Hike to Tilicho base camp (4150m).
6 to 7 hours of walking.

D14: Morning visit to Tilicho lake and hike to Shree Kharka.

D15: Hike to Yak Kharka (4050m).

D16: Hike to Thorong Phedi (4500m).

Note: this itinerary can be customized to suit your needs and desires.

The price includes

• Supervision by the English-speaking guide equipped with a satellite phone and an oximeter.
• A porter for two people (maximum weight: 11 kg per client) and an assistant guide for a group of more than 4 people.
• Three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner with tea/coffee) during the trek.
