Infos & BookingDescription
Climbing and yoga courses are all the rage these days.
That's normal: they're trendy, even fashionable.
But above all, they're a wonderful combination! Because they're functional and useful, as they're two very similar practices, with skills that can be easily transferred.
I'm not going to explain all the virtues and advantages of this formula, because if you're here, it's because you want to experience it for yourself.
However, I will explain what makes this training so special:
- Christine and I are friends and have shared a love of the mountains for years. Our friendship is our strength, providing a unique and rich complementarity at your service.
- We have over 30 years of experience in coaching courses!
- Christine climbs and I have been practicing yoga for years. We climb and do yoga regularly; they are part of our respective lives. This interconnection allows us to build bridges between the two disciplines, aware of how they complement each other.
- We are not focused on performance, but we are fiercely committed to human values, to the importance of seeing others as a mirror, a teacher who teaches me about myself, to taking care of you and offering you the best of ourselves.
- Our values are respect for each individual, respect for the Earth (and therefore the choices of accommodation, food, and transportation that go with it), and kindness towards all. Not to mention safety for the climbing part and well-being for the yoga part.
Finally, this 3-day course takes place in Haute-Savoie, in the heart of the Aravis mountains, a few dozen kilometers from Annecy. We will have the opportunity to climb several cliffs in the massif and we will stay in a cottage located in Chinaillon, above the Grand-Bornand resort.
You can also follow me for other similar courses:
