Infos & BookingDescription
I am offering a 2-day climbing course in the Vosges mountains designed to give you the tools to transition from indoor climbing to outdoor climbing efficiently and safely.
If you are a beginner at lead climbing indoors and are looking to practice on crags or enhance your experience on the rock, this course is for you.
Making the leap from indoor climbing to outdoor climbing can be daunting. There are safety procedures to learn, bolts are further apart, you need to use a map to find crags and routes, and you also need to learn how to read the rock and master specific climbing techniques.
To help you make this transition from indoor to outdoor climbing with confidence and solid skills, we will cover several topics that will allow you to gain confidence on the crag: belay setup, dynamic belaying, managing the risks associated with crag climbing, and the reading and techniques that will help you progress.
The training course will take place in the Vosges mountains. The choice of crag will be communicated a few days before the course and will be chosen according to the level of the participants and the weather.
If you are looking for other vertical adventures, I also offer:
- 2 days of via ferrata in Switzerland,
- the ascent of the Spitzkoepfe ridge on the Hohneck,
- and an introduction to multi-pitch climbing in the Vosges mountains.
