Infos & Booking

I propose you to go for a 4 days mountaineering tour in the Mont-Blanc massif in Haute-Savoie.

During this trip, you will walk on magnificent glaciers, pass through passes and climb some easy summits. This immersion in the high mountains is an opportunity to enjoy an incredible atmosphere in this universe made of ice and rock.

If you want to progress in your practice of this activity and move towards autonomy, I also offer a 2-day mountaineering course, still in the Mont-Blanc massif.

D1: Climb to Albert 1er hut.
You leave the mountain pastures of the village of Le Tour to reach in 3 hours of walking the Albert 1er hut located at 2700 meters of altitude. After settling in at the hut, we leave to the Tour glacier for a learning and revision session of basic mountaineering notions (equipment, roping up, progression, safety, etc.).

D2: Col supérieur du Tour and optional ascent of the Aiguille du Tour summit.
Early departure in the morning in direction of the upper pass of the Tour, which marks the border with Switzerland. From there it is possible to reach the summit of the Aiguille du Tour (3540m), a magnificent viewpoint on the Mont-Blanc massif, the Aiguilles Rouges, the Valais, etc.
We descend on the Swiss side to reach the Trient hut (3169m) where we spend the night.
6 hours of walking.

D3: Crossing to the glacial valley of Saleinaz.
We cross the Trient glacier to reach the Fenêtre de Saleinaz (3261m) which we cross to reach the glacier and then the refuge of the same name.
5 hours of walking.

D4: Crossing to the glacier du Tour and back to Le Tour.
We leave early to go up the Saleinaz glacier and climb a pass that brings us back to the French side of the Tour glacier. The exact choice of the route will depend on the conditions. All that remains is to descend to meet the vehicles in Le Tour.
6 hours of walking.
