Description

I offer you a unique climbing course that will help you to better understand and heal your fear of falling when climbing as a leader.

This 4-day course takes place in the Isère region around Grenoble and in the Vercors massif. You will have the opportunity to climb some of the region's many cliffs, including Saint-Égrève, les Saillants du Gua, le Petit Désert, le Coup de Sabre, Lans-en-Vercors and more.

The specific program will enable you to get to grips with your fears, unblock them and make better progress in climbing. The fear of falling is a human feeling, but sometimes this fear gets in the way and prevents us from progressing.

This course is for you if you want to climb with a clear mind and no longer be held back by the fear of falling. We will work together on this challenge. If my keys aren't enough, I'll call on a specialist in mental preparation who will be delighted to take up the challenge with us.

These 4 days are there to answer all your questions and turn this aspect of the fall into smething positive, so that you can progress. It's a gentle approach that I'm proposing, based on your past experiences.

To help you manage the program, we can meet up at a crag and find a pitch that suits you. This could be on a single-pich climbing route, but also on a multi pitch-route or a via corda adapted to your needs, to help you get to grips with heights and carry out the exercises with a focus on pleasure.

You can also follow me on other courses to improve your skills, your knowledge of equipment and your autonomy: a technical course in the Vercors on cliff safety, a day to discover aid climbing in Isère or a course dedicated to rope handling in the Vercors massif.
