Mini indoor climbing course for kids (Perpignan)

Description

I offer mini climbing courses for children aged 5 to 14 at the "Les chats perchés" climbing gym in Perpignan.

These supervised 2-hour climbing sessions will allow them to discover rope climbing and have fun climbing in a great, fun climbing gym specially adapted for them. They will discover or improve their skills through games and exercises adapted to their age and abilities. The aim is for them to have fun, without pressure, using appropriate teaching methods.

There is no minimum level required: from beginner to advanced, I adapt the activities to each child.

The sessions are divided into two categories according to the age of the children: from 5 to 7 years old they take place in the morning and from 8 to 14 years old they take place in the afternoon.

All the equipment needed for climbing is provided (all our equipment is certified to current European standards "PPE").

Les Chats Perchés (The Perched Cats) is a fun climbing gym. Designed according to a recent concept, it makes this activity more enjoyable.

Its modern equipment makes climbing accessible to everyone and training more fun. This concept applies to the entire discipline now represented at the Olympic Games, and all facets of climbing are represented here: difficulty, speed, bouldering, urban climbing, and even interactive climbing!

• Bouldering area: without a harness and with a huge mat to cushion falls, there are about fifteen routes available, ranging from easy to extremely difficult.
• Difficulty area: here you will find 15 routes and almost 10 meters in height. Each route includes a fun route and a technical route from grade 3 to grade 7. The routes are changed very frequently, so there is something for everyone!
• Fun area: climbing is revisited here, not on walls but on original vertical modules. The 17 climbs that await you will be just as challenging!
• Speed area: here you can time your climb.
• Interactive area: this is an ultra-modern climbing area, combining video games projected and your own movements. More than a hundred games are available to suit your desires.

I also offer 2-day climbing and via ferrata courses around Perpignan for 8-14 year olds.

You could also treat yourself to an introductory climbing session in the Eastern-Pyreneées or a three-day course near Perpignan to learn how to climb independently on cliffs. This will enable you to practice and share this wonderful activity together in the future.

The price includes

• Supervision by the state-certified climbing instructor.

• Return transport to the "Les chats perchés" hall in Perpignan, located on Route d'Argeles in the Mas Balande commercial zone.
