Description
I offer you some advanced rock climbing lessons in natural environments in order to help you improve your technical skills and your climbing as a whole.
This course takes place on a cliff near Montpellier or in the Hérault department. You will evolve on climbing routes of one pich.
We will work on the levers that will allow you to progress: technics, movement, physical, mental, strategy, etc.
This climbing session takes place on a cliff adapted to the level of each one and always in an exceptional natural environment, such as:
- Le Thaurac: Located 50 minutes drive north of Montpellier, this limestone cliff is easily accessible. All types and levels of climbing can be found here, which will delight beginners and experienced climbers alike.
- Saint-Jean-de-Buège: One hour's drive north-west of Montpellier, and a few minutes' walk away, the Roc de Tras Castel offers you numerous routes on a limestone rock in the middle of magnificent landscapes.
- Saugras: In the middle of the garrigue of the Hérault region and 25 minutes drive from Montpellier, this quick access limestone cliff has about 25 routes of modest or intermediate level. Still little known, this place will delight you by its calm and its quietness.
- Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert: Above this magnificent and picturesque village, nearly a hundred routes from level 5 onwards offer generally athletic climbing.

- introductory climbing sessions around Montpellier,
- trad climbing training in the Caroux,
- multi-pitch climbing around Montpellier, in the Tarn and Jonte Gorges and in the Caroux massif.
Program
- Development of technical gesture.
- Management of the effort.

- Analysis of the climber's strengths and weaknesses.
