Description
You practice indoor climbing, but you are not autonomous?
If you wish to acquire the right gestures to start your climbing practice, progress, or simply update yourself on the latest safety practices, this session is for you.
This climbing session which takes place in one of Grenoble's climbing halls (Espace Vertical) is open to all and will allow you to review your climbing technique, belay methods and climbing safety (depending on your choices and needs).
Leading or climbing top rope, belaying your climbing partner, managing your climbing equipment (ropes, carabiners, harnesses, etc.): I will be able to give you the right advice to be autonomous and progress without getting injured!
If you are more of an outdoor climber, I also offer a climbing course focused on cliff autonomy.
Program
The session will take place in an indoor climbing wall, in Grenoble, for 2 hours. It is also possible to make a shorter or longer session if necessary, according to your desires and your possibilities.

The price includes
- Supervision by the climbing instructor.
