Description
I invite you to take a break and recharge your batteries by combining snowshoe hiking and yoga in the village of Saint-Agnan-en-Vercors, in the south of the massif and at the foot of the high plateaux of Vercors.
This long weekend will be an interlude in your daily life and a time to experience quiet contentment.
I will accompany you during the snowshoe hikes. The landscapes of the Vercors massif in winter are of rare beauty. Each snowshoe itinerary in the snow-covered mountains invites us to experience joy, emotion and calm, to savor the silence and open up our curiosity. You will also have the opportunity to experimence mindful walking and observe animal tracks in the snow. Snowshoeing is not a prerequisite, but it's easy to learn!
Nathalie NGUYEN VAN, certified yoga teacher and FYA affiliate, trained by Ajit SARKAR, will guide you in yoga and meditation sessions. These will be offered in close connection with the hikes (preparing the body in the morning and restoring it in the evening). You will discover the practice of yoga with mantra chanting, meditative walking in silence, readings, olfactory meditations, to develop your capacity for mindfulness.

Program
- Nathalie and I will be happy to share with you our snowshoe hikes and yoga sessions, our two complementary practices, in all simplicity and conviviality, to accompany you in this experience of harmonizing body and mind in order to welcome what is offered in the moment.
- Our host will prepare delicious meals for you and will make your stay very pleasant thanks to the warm atmosphere.
- The course is open to all.
The price includes
- Supervision by the mountain leader.
- Yoga practice.
- Full board accommodation from D1 dinner to D4 lunchtime.
The price does not include
- Return transport to the village of Saint-Agnan-en-Vercors, about 1 hour and 15 minutes drive from Valence and 2 hours from Grenoble.
- Rental of snowshoes and hiking poles if required (10€ for the course).
- Personal expenses.
- Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
