Escape in the of winter by snowshoeing the snowy expanses of the largest nature reserve in France!

Spend an unusual night on the high plateaus du Vercors in a sheepfold at 1669m altitude and experience the magic of an awakening in front of Mont Aiguille...

Program

D1: Meeting at 6pm in Die station (transfer upon reservation at the registration) or directly at the Combeau hostel before dinner, if you come by car.
Immediate change of scenery in this inn at the end of the world! Spend a convivial mountain evening and dine by the fireplace with a delicious meal. Overnight at the hostel, in dormitory.

D2: Beautiful snowshoe tour in the heart of the Haut-Plateaux du Vercors nature reserve to the sheepfold of Chaumailloux.
Those who wish can help me dig in the snow to find the spring! You will enjoy a mountain raclette prepared on the wood stove.
4 to 5 hours of snowshoeing, night at the sheepfold, in dormitory.

D3: The sheepfolds of the Jardin du Roy and the Coche Pass, at the foot of the Montagnette.
I take you on a wild and secret itinerary for a change of scenery and great ambience high plateaux guaranteed. Back to the Combeau valley.
5 to 6 hours of snowshoeing.
Split around 4pm at the Combeau hostel or 5pm at Die station.

The price includes

Organization and supervision by the mountain leader.
Food and accommodation with full board.

Reduced price: 150€ for a departure from the Combeau hostel on Saturday morning.

The price does not include

Optional assistance/cancellation insurance (3.65% of the price of the stay).
Snowshoes rental (15€/person for 2 days).
Possible support in Die station (15€ supplement).
