Description

In Haute-Savoie, and more precisely in the heart of the Aravis massif, 3 beautiful days of ski touring, yoga and wellness await you.

Every day we will be setting off on ski touring in the Aravis massif for an intermediate-level outing with a positive altitude difference around 1000 meters. The aim is to practice a different approach of movement on skis.

Both on the way up and on the way down, the spirit will be identical to that of yoga on the mat:

Finding the right pace, being in the breath, centered on oneself.
Observe and welcome the sometimes destabilizing emotions, in order to optimize your potential.
Save energy to have some pleasure during the hike, not just afterwards!

One or two yoga practices a day will take place in a transparent and heated bubble in the heart of the mountains: absolutely ideal for being in your own "bubble"!

The cocooning accommodation is located above the nice village of Manigod in double or triple rooms, with indoor pool and sauna.

Throughout the winter, I also offer ski touring around Annecy, on the slopes of the Aravis massif and on the beautiful Mont Charvin.

Program

D1: Welcome, yoga, ski touring and spa.

9am: Welcome in Manigod.
Gentle warm-up before the day's ski tour.
4pm: Yoga session.
5.30pm: Spa and pool.
Dinner and evening by the fireplace.

D2: Ski touring, two yoga sessions and spa.

7.30am: Yoga.
9am: Breakfast then ski touring outing for the day.
4pm: Yoga session.
5.30 pm: Spa and pool.
Dinner and evening by the fireplace.

D3: Yoga and ski touring.

7.30am: Yoga.
9am: Breakfast then ski touring for the day.
4.30pm: End of the stay.

Ski touring supervision by the mountain guide.

Transport to and from Manigod, about 45 minutes drive from Annecy and one hour from Geneva.
Transfers from the lodge to the start of the hikes.

Accommodation

In Manigod, in the heart of the Aravis mountain range, in a charming chalet away from the world, which is an old renovated farmhouse dating from 1779.
Sauna, indoor swimming pool with fireplace.
Room for 2 or 3 people, possibility of single room with supplement.
