A professional climbing instructor (holding a DEJEPS qualification in outdoor climbing), I have been climbing since 1982. At eleven, I discovered Patrick Edlinger in the movie "La vie au bout des doigts" (Life at your fingertips), and then in "Opéra vertical" filmed in the Verdon Gorges. The grace of this "blond" man, as well as his discourse imbued with a love of freedom and nature, was a revelation for me. Later, I developed a passion for other sports. I also hold a BPJEPS qualification in contact sports and a DEJEPS qualification in scuba diving. Passionate about wildlife, I earned a master's degree in ecology and a master's degree in geography to dedicate myself to nature conservation, working as an expatriate or consultant (primarily in Africa). Today, I live in the Verdon region, which allows me to share my passion for climbing and for this magical place. My teaching methods emphasize exploring the natural environment, learning safety and self-reliance, and also developing athletic skills. I run Rock’n Wild, a small company based near the Verdon Gorges. As the name suggests, it offers climbing outings, courses, and trips (Rock), while promoting respect for and exploration of nature (Wild), all in a rock’n’roll spirit!
I offer climbing outings, courses, and even trips. These allow participants to practice sport climbing (single-pitch routes) and multi-pitch routes.
Even without prior climbing experience, it's possible to participate in vertical adventures (dry canyons, via cordas, nights in portaledges, etc.) that allow you to discover the cliffs and rocky landscapes of the Verdon region and experience unique sensations.
Located within the Verdon Regional Natural Park, it was a natural fit for Rock'n Wild to connect with local stakeholders and partners who share the same values. In 2025, our organization was awarded the "Valeurs Parcs" (Parks Values) label, recognizing its commitment to the values that underpin the label: a deep connection to the region, respect for nature, and the well-being of its people.

J'ai passé une semaine aussi inoubliable que riche en sensations dans les Gorges du Verdon avec Rémy.
C'est un moniteur parfait, très expérimenté, avec une attention constante portée à la sécurité, sérieux sans se prendre au sérieux. Après deux journées consacrées aux fondamentaux et aux manips de corde, nous avons fait trois grandes voies plus impressionnantes les unes que les autres. Beaucoup de vide, une nature belle à couper le souffle et quelques appréhensions aussi que Rémy a su gérer avec une bienveillance constante, comme un vrai professionnel.
