For this mushroom picking hike in the Vercors massif, I will find the best for you: black trumpets, chanterelles and other mushrooms.

I will take you in the forest to discover some good places, you will get blindfolded... I'm kidding... and then to learn to sort and to clean the treasures taken from nature, while drinking good wine. The Palégrié team will take over to make you spend a magical evening. Several options are possible, contact me for more information.

This weekend is done in partnership with the Golf Hotel in Corrençon-en-Vercors, 1h drive from Grenoble or Valence, and its restaurant le Palégrié, run by Guillaume Monjuré and his companion Chrystel Barnier.

In a completely redesigned decor, leather tables, forest woods around, steel, opinel on the table, Guillaume concocts a fresh cuisine highlighting the product and promoting proximity.


Full board hotel package for 320€ / person, including:

Friday: Arrival at the hotel around 8pm.
Welcome and dinner in Corrençon-en-Vercors, at the Hotel du Golf ***, and its restaurant Le pré fleuri, * in the Michelin guide.

Saturday: Breakfast at 8.30am.
Departure in the woods at 9.30am with the mountain leader specialized in mushrooms. You will learn to recognize and respectfully harvest the black trumpets, chanterelles, oyster mushrooms and other coulemelles...
Country picnic at noon.
Return to the hotel around 3.30pm.
4.30pm: Sorting, cleaning and determination of the picking.
5.30pm: Massage
7pm: Wine tasting in the presence of the winemaker.
8pm: Gustativo-mycological festival around the theme of the day and with a good bottle of wine in the presence of the winemaker who will talk about its products.

Sunday: Breakfast from 8am.
Provision of a packed lunch and free time to discover the Vercors massif.
5.30pm: Shuttle to the station.

Sandra and Richard, conductors of the Golf Hotel, and grandchildren of the founder, are lovers of wine, their cellar would kneel more than one, from Omar Kayam to Robert Parker.
