Description
From the ski resort of Les Saisies, I invite you to discover places in nature that are inaccessible in winter except on snowshoes. In the heart of the Savoie department, enchanting snow-covered landscapes await you, in complete tranquility.
These morning excursions are an opportunity to walk along an easy route, breathe deeply, and recharge your batteries before starting the day. You will experience a true immersion in nature, surrounded by the enchanting atmosphere of the Beaufortain mountains.
Throughout the winter, I also offer afternoon snowshoeing and nighttime snowshoe hikes in Les Saisies (possible with a snack in an igloo).
Program
Outdoor physical activity to start your day the right way.
- Meet at the Col des Saisies (La Chapelle parking lot) at 9.30am.
It takes about 35 minutes to drive from Albertville and 45 minutes from Sallanches. - Return at 12pm.
- Easy route - children from 7 years old accepted.
- Difference in altitude: low, walking time: 1 hour and 45 minutes maximum.
- Free hot drink.
- Price: 25€ for adults - 15€ for children (up to 12 years old).
- Confirmed departure from 4 people.
Clothes and equipment:
- Dress suitable for active walking.
- Warm clothing (fleece type).
- Light windproof jacket.
- Warm clothes in addition.
- Hat and thin gloves.
- Bring your snowshoes and hiking poles.
The price includes
- Supervision by the mountain leader.
- A hot drink.
The price does not include
- Return transport to the ski resort of Les Saisies.
- Equipment rental (snowshoes and hiking poles).
