Nicolas TAVERNIER

I have been a mountain leader since 1988, and I was at the initiative of the creation of the structure Raquett'Evasion located in Méribel in Savoie. In the heart of the Tarentaise valley, this group of mountain leaders has been specializing in winter snowshoeing activities for over thirty years.

Today, under the name of "Bureau Montagne des Terres d'Évasion" ("The Evasion Lands"), I offer all year round hiking and snowshoeing, Nordic walking, days, weekends, courses, stays, training or various activities for seminars, team building, etc. I also appreciate teaching and education in the mountain environment as I am a professor in the mountain section of the high school of Moutiers.

I propose you to follow me and discover the most beautiful places of Savoie and the Vanoise massif. I will be happy to guide you, on foot or with snowshoes, and to make you discover the fauna, the flora, the heritage, the landscapes and the secrets of our so beautiful region.
