Discovery of indoor climbing in Grenoble

I offer you the chance to discover climbing for adults and children in one of Grenoble's climbing gyms!

Do you dream of climbing? We will learn the basic belaying techniques together while having fun climbing. This session will help you gain confidence under the guidance of a professional. You will benefit from my advice to progress smoothly and perhaps prepare for a crag climbing trip. You will also learn how to properly belay someone who is lead climbing or top-roping.

This session will take place in one of the climbing gyms (Espace Vertical 3 or 4) or bouldering gyms (Le Labo, Vertical'Art, A.Block, Espace Vertical 3 or 4) in the Grenoble area.

Block or one pitch route, make your choice, everything is possible!

I also offer initiation outdoor climbing courses in the Vercors, as well as initiation climbing courses for children up to 5 years old in Grenoble.

If you want to go further and progress, why not take a 4-day course in Isère to overcome your fear of falling, or a technical course in the Vercors to learn rope handling techniques specific to climbing.

Program

Adult program:

• Learning of basic techniques.
• Analysis of your strengths and weaknesses for a possible program over several sessions.
• Pleasure and security guaranteed.
• Duration of the session: about 3 hours.

Child program:

• Discovery of the activity by the game.
• Learning belaying and rope handling techniques.
• Exercises of progression in the form of play games with before all pleasure and sensation in the program!
• Duration of the session: 3 hours.

The price includes

• Supervision by the climbing instructor.
• Loan of equipment necessary for the practice of the activity: harness, belay device, rope (except shoes, possible rental at the gym).

The price does not include

• Return transport to the gym.
• Entrance fees.
• Drinks and snacks during the session.
• Anything not mentioned in "The price includes".
