Born in Ariège in the Pyrénées mountains, I have been supervising and teaching climbing and canyoning since 1998.

I have been passionate about climbing since I was a teenager, and I am keen to pass on all the "tricks" I have discovered and experimented with over the years.

Sophrologist since 2010, I teach this precise and structured method to anyone who asks for it to better manage all life's situations.

Sophrology is an invaluable aid in climbing courses and on theme days.

I have been very interested in breathing since I was a teenager, and I have discovered that it is the basis of health and the use of our body. I put this into practice during climbing courses or sessions dedicated to well-being.

Conviviality, safety and serenity are the values I wish to share with those who wish to do so.
