Another yoga and climbing course?! Yes and no.
This one is different, because the 2 activities proposed are lived continuously. Indeed, the yoga teacher is also a climber, and concerning climbing, I also practice yoga.
Moreover, as much in the one or the other of the practices, the intention is identical: to work the most right movement possible. The one that can be achieved with little or no effort, the one that brings out the intense joy in us. The one that is beautiful, because it comes from the heart.
How do we do it? On the mat, by a conscious, repeated and assiduous practice, filled with softness and self-respect. And on the cliff, by the exceptional contribution of the Caruso method in this discipline that is climbing. Thus, one in complement of the other, these two forms of movement will support you in the emergence of the beautiful.
During these 4 days in Freissinières in the south of the Ecrins massif, you will have an intensive practice of climbing and yoga, but also a time for yourself, to go towards your center. Which is essential in climbing, as in life.
This workshop, open to all, without any pre-requisite level (in climbing or yoga), is intended for anyone wishing to approach climbing as a practice of well-being, where movement is as important as performance. The latter also evolves according to the progress in the practice!
THE STRONG POINTS:

D0 evening: Arrival in Freissinières.
It is recommended to arrive the night before on the spot to be ready the morning of the beginning of the course.
D1: Climbing and yoga.
Beginning of the course with a practice of yoga in the classroom at 7.30am during 1.5 hour.
Then after breakfast, we reach the climbing cliff. There, warm-up and activity until the end of the afternoon.
Return to the cottage around 5pm, free time.
At 5.30pm, second practice of yoga (duration 1 hour), more focused on relaxation and stretching. Dinner at 7pm, then at 8.30pm we end the day with a meditation time to integrate the experience of the day.
D2 and D3: Same program as the first day.
D4: Morning climbing and yoga.
Departure after breakfast, and yoga practice outdoors. Then climbing until 1.30pm.
Back to the cottage for a time of integration of the stay to truly feel and appreciate the change in itself.
At 3.30pm, end of the course, each one takes the necessary time to leave.
The price includes
- Supervision by the mountain guide and the yoga teacher.
- Loan of yoga mattress and climbing ropes.

- Full board accomodation.
