Description
I am offering a two-day intensive trail running weekend in the high mountains of Ariège, on the Luchon Aneto Trail route. It is the ideal way to prepare for a big race such as an ultra trail. With nearly 90 kilometers and 5500 meters of elevation gain over the weekend, the goal is to push you to cover many kilometers and steep climbs in order to improve your endurance.
This weekend is ideal for familiarizing yourself with the Aneto Trail.

Program
D1: Bagnères-de-Luchon - Port de Venasque - Bagnères-de-Luchon.
Full route of the Venasque trail and first part of the Ultra LAT (Luchon Aneto Trail).
You will cross the Ports de l'Escalette and Venasque as well as border passes.
You will run through incredible high-altitude landscapes before descending to Bagnères-de-Luchon.

- Distance: 45km, elevation gain: 2800 meters.
D2: Bagnères-de-Luchon - Lake Oo - Bagnères-de-Luchon.
Full route of the V40 Oô des Pyrénées trail and second part of the Ultra LAT.
Our route passes by the magnificent Lac d'Oô before reaching the heights. At the foot of Pic de Nere, we will follow a series of ridges to reach the Super Bagnères resort before descending to the village.
