Combine climbing and yoga, two complementary activities
Do you like rock climbing? Do you like yoga? Do you find these two activities complementary? Why not combine them during the same stay?
Who can doubt that rock climbing and yoga are two complementary disciplines with much in common? Work on flexibility, on the mind, on balance, on the body as a whole are themes that can be improved in one of the two practices to be used in the other. By combining these two activities for several days during an internship with Pieric, mountain guide, Elsa and Valentin, both climbing instructors, you will feel the benefits and progress of both sides.

On the yoga side, you can practice Vinyasa yoga (dynamic yoga) and/or Yin yoga (gentle yoga), with the assurance of finding the option that suits you and your body best.
